Tree Branch Clean Up

Residents can place branches and limbs in the parkstrip or right of way –where they would place leaves for pick up – for City crews to pick up in the future or for more immediate removal, they can take them to the tree-branch drop-off sites or National Serv-All roll-off containers placed in some neighborhoods.

High Chair Recall

An Ohio company is recalling its baby high chairs after dozens of reported injuries such as broken bones and head bruises.The recall involves 95,000 Majestic High Chairs made by Evenflo Co. Inc. The company says they pose a hazard for small children when parts come loose and the seat backs fall off.The company, which is based in Miamisburg, Ohio, received more than 1,000 reports of parts falling out.

One Way to Stay Warm

Since this is my first Mid-West winter, I'm looking for ways to stay warm. One thing we do at our house is drink a lot of wassail. If you like warm drinks, here's how we make it:You need the following: 2qt apple juice2 cups cranberry juice1 cup lemon juice18oz pinapple juice2 cinnimon sticks1/4 to 1/2 cup of sugarWarm up to the temperature of choice.ENJOY!
