Kids Station Toys International Ltd is recalling about 1 million Little Tikes Chit 'N Chat toy cell phones due to a choking hazard, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Wednesday. The agency said the hinge cover on the Chinese-made toys can detach from the phone, posing a choking hazard to young children.
